During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and accommodating. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city's attractions, which were easily accessible.
My enjoyment was marred by the uncomfortable sleeping conditions. The pillows were too soft and left me with an aching neck and the lack of a window resulted in poor air circulation, making it stuffy and difficult to breathe.
